在对突破性创新的特点和突破性创新能力的本质进行分析的基础上,参考前人的有关研究成果,设计了初始的企业突破性创新能力评价指标体系；通过问卷调查和统计分析对该评价指标体系的信度与效度进行了实证检验,并根据检验结果对该指标体系进行了必要的修改与完善,从而率先开发了比较科学而实用的企业突破性创新能力评价指标体系。

Based on the analysis of the characteristics of radical innovation and the essence of radical innovation capability and referring to the previous research results, the evaluation index system of radical innovation is primarily made; and its reliability and validity are empirically tested by questionnaires and statistical analysis, with which the evaluation index system is modified and the first scientific and practical evaluation index system of enterprises’ radical innovation capability is conducted.
