能源互联网深度融合能源系统和现代通信技术,可实现从化石能源驱动转向清洁可再生能源驱动的经济转型。作为关系到国民经济命脉的现有能源系统主导部门,中国电力企业传统商业模式难以为继。基于商业模式理论框架,提出电力企业通过客户理念创新,可提供可再生能源接纳服务、需求侧响应服务、电动汽车与智能电网双向服务和能源互联网市场交易服务。同时进行适当的组织结构调整,更关注外部合作,可获得能源互联网市场服务的战略入口。通过主动进行商业模式创新,中国电力企业将获得可持续竞争力并为后续一系列创新搭建平台,推动能源互联网从愿景展望迈向市场实施。

The Energy Internet deeply integrated energy systems and modern communication technology, which can realize the economy transition from fossil energy driven to clean renewable energy driven. As the leading department of energy system which is related with national economic lifelines, utilities’ traditional business model is unsustainable. Based on business model analysis framework, some suggestions have been put forward to the utilities. Chinese utilities can provide services to integrate renewable energy, demand response services, and vehicle-to-grid and grid-to-vehicle services and Energy Internet market trading services with customer concept innovation. Then they can do some appropriate organizational structure adjustment while paying more attention to the external cooperation, finally can obtain the strategy entrance of the Energy Internet marketing services. After that, Chinese utilities can obtain sustainable competitiveness through business model innovation actively, and build the platform for a series of future innovations, then promote the Energy Internet from prospect towards market implementation.
