科技创新是推进绿色化的主要驱动力。在准确解析科技创新对区域绿色化影响机理的基础上,运用数据DEA模型、空间SAR模型、主成分回归分析法,并结合泰尔指数、Moran’s I指数对中国科技创新与绿色化的时空演变进行刻画及对科技创新对绿色化的影响机制进行验证,得出以下结论:①2000-2014年中国科技创新能力和绿色化水平逐年提升,二者的时序演变具有显著的相似性,且绿色化的提升滞后于科技创新的提升;②科技创新和绿色化在空间分布上表现出明显不均衡性,但是随着时序演变,这种不均衡性趋于收敛,均由“大差距低水平”模式逐渐向“小差距高水平”模式转变;③科技创新通过资源利用效应、投入产出效应、知识外溢效应以及人力资本效应对区域绿色化起到显著正向影响,能源消费结构、市场化及全球化对绿色化起到不同程度的正向影响,而产业结构与绿色化呈显著负相关。研究结果可为实现区域可持续发展提供一定的指导借鉴。

Scientific and technological innovation is the main driving force to promote greenization. Based on the study on the mechanism of the effect of science and technology innovation on regional greenization, use of DEA data model, spatial SAR model and principal component regression analysis method, discussed the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics and the mechanism of the effect of science and technology innovation on regional greenization combined with the Theil index, Moran "s I index. The results show as following: ①Chinese science and technology innovation ability and the greenization level increased year by year in 2000-2014, the evolution of time sequence of two with a remarkable similarity, and greenization promotion lags behind technological innovation promotion; ②The science and technology innovation and greenization in spatial distribution showed obvious imbalance, but with time evolution, the balanced convergence by "big gap between the low level" mode to "small gap between the high level" mode; ③The innovation of science and technology through the resources effect, put into and output effect, knowledge spillover effect and the manpower capital effect of green economic efficiency to the significant positive impact, energy consumption structure, marketization and globalization shows varying degrees of positive influence to greenization, and industrial structure and greenization showed significant negative correlation. The research results can provide some guidance for the realization of regional sustainable development.
