企业网络位置、开放度对创新绩效的影响——组织记忆的中介作用

Network position, Openness and Innovation performance: The Mediating Effect of Organizational Memory

摘要:

采用问卷调查,通过层次回归分析方法以及构建结构方程模型对299份有效样本数据进行分析,检验了网络位置对创新绩效的影响、开放度在网络位置和创新绩效关系中的调节效应以及组织记忆在网络位置和创新绩效关系中的中介效应。研究发现：网络位置与创新绩效正相关。开放度正向调节网络中结构洞与创新绩效的关系,组织记忆在网络位置与创新绩效的关系中起部分中介作用。在此基础上,提出相关管理建议。

Abstract:

Based on a questionnaire survey of 299 vaild samples,this paper examined the impact of network position on innovation performance and the moderating effect of openness as well as the mediating role of organizational memory between network position and innovation performance. With hierarchical regression analysis methods and structural equation model used, results of this study indicated that network position could enhance innovation performance, and at the same time, openness had a positive effect on the relationship between network position and innovation performance. Organizational memory partially mediated the relationship between network position and innovation performance. In the end, suggestions were proposed based on the research conclusions.
