科技服务业属于一种智力和技术高度密集的新型产业，是增强区域自主创新能力的关键要素之一。文章选取我国27个城区，结合城区的独特性，设计城区科技服务业发展水平的综合测评指标体系，利用因子分析和聚类分析的方法对城区科技服务业发展水平进行了实证研究，探究出提升我国城区科技服务业发展水平的策略。

As a new type of intelligence intensive industry, science and technology service industry is a vital part enhancing the capability of independent innovation. It has high technology content and high added value. This article links the unique characteristics of the city, studies the development of science and technology service industry in 27 districts of our country based on factor analysis and cluster analysis method by the index system of science and technology service industry. At last, it gives some measures to promote the development of science and technology service industry in urban areas of China.
