在深入分析产学研合作中知识流动绩效的主要影响因素及其相互之间关系基础上,建立了系统动力学模型,用以分析信任、知识共享意愿和信息对称性对知识流动绩效的影响,并运用Vensim PLE软件实现系统仿真。结果表明:信任、知识共享意愿和信息对称性对知识流动绩效具有显著正向影响,且知识共享意愿和信息对称性对知识流动绩效的影响相对更显著;信任、知识共享意愿和信息对称性对高校技术转让收入具有显著的影响,对研发成果应用的项目数量的影响相对不显著。

Based on the analysis of the main influencing factors of the performance of knowledge flow and the relationship between these factors during industry-university cooperation, the system dynamics model, which was running with Vensim PLE software to simulate this system, was set up in order to analyze how trust, knowledge sharing and information symmetry affect knowledge flow performance. The results of simulation show that trust, knowledge sharing and information symmetry have an obviously positive impact on the performance of knowledge flow, and the effect of knowledge sharing and information symmetry on the performance of knowledge flow is more significant; trust, knowledge sharing and information symmetry have a more significant impact on the universities’ technology transferring income than on the number of projects, to which research and development results have been applied.
