In October 2015, the Obama Administration released the third American Innovation Strategy, established a deployment strategy of innovative policies for the future.This paper analyzes the framework of American Innovation Strategy 2015, summarizes its main characteris of the new strategy, and finally puts forward some suggestions to boost efforts to implementStheSstrategySofSpursuing innovation-driven development.
