网络环境下技术创新模式与演化机制研究逐步成为开放式创新的新热点。为了揭示创新主体技术引入与技术开发的协同效应及创新网络技术创新绩效的影响因素与演化规律,本文基于国内外现有研究成果,通过构建网络环境下的技术创新机制,改进技术扩散函数,并以是否进行技术开发为依据,分为两个阶段对技术创新过程进行模拟仿真,以探究创新网络中技术引入与开发的协同发展过程。研究表明:在特定的创新网络环境下,技术创新绩效在一定时期后会趋于稳定,同时,技术引入与技术开发能够协同提升网络整体技术水平,两者的比例关系存在相对有效值,并随着网络中技术水平的提升呈倒U型状态。

Researches of technological innovation modes and evolution mechanisms in innovation networks has gradually become a new hot spot of open innovation. In order to reveal the collaborative effect of technology introduction and development, and the main factors of technological innovation performance of innovation networks, according to existing research results, this paper construct a mechanism of technological innovation in the innovation networks and improve the technology diffusion function. Then based on conducting the technology development or not, the paper use the methods of simulation divided into two stages, to explore collaborative development of technology instruction and development in the innovation networks. The result shows that: on the one hand, technological innovation performance will be stabilized after a certain period in a specific innovation network. On the other hand, the technology introduction and technology development can work together to enhance the overall technological level of the network, and there is a relatively proportional relationship between them, showing an inverted U-shaped with the promotion of network technology level.
