基于1992-2015年国家自然科学基金地区项目的数据，首先，对其进行空间演化趋势分析发现，江西获得的项目资助数皆处于第一梯队，是地区基金倾斜资助的典型地区。故此，研究进一步通过调查问卷方式，以江西省受资助的699位科研工作者为研究对象，探讨在基金倾斜资助下对人才培育和成果转化率的实际成效。结果表明，地区基金资助有利于促进获得更高级别基金的资助，其获得更高级别项目的发生比率为1.468倍；同时，成果转化意识对成果转化率有着显著性的影响，当成果转化意识人数增加1%时，成果转化率提升了2.723%。但需要注意的是，随着职称的提高，高级职称的科研工作者存在“人到码头车到站”的职业倦怠现象。

The study is based on the data of a regional project from National Natural Science Foundation from 1992 to 2015. First of all, the spatial evolution trend of project funding in Jiangxi shows that regional funds in that area have pushed into first place. Obviously, Jiangxi is the typical area in regional tilt support. Therefore, questionnaires are conducted with the 699 funded scientific research staffs in Jiangxi Province for collecting data to explore the practical effect of the fund's tilt on talent cultivation and achievement transformation rate. The results show that scientific research staffs obtain higher level funding through the regional project and the occurrence rate of the high level project is 1.468 times. Meanwhile, when consciousness of transforming technology achievements is increased by 1% , transforming technology achievements rate increases significantly by 2.723%. But it should be noted that, with the improvement of the title, the scientific research staffs with senior professional title show up the job burnout phenomenon.
