本文以江苏苏南、苏中和苏北60家农业科技企业为研究对象,采用回归分析方法,探讨了组织变革对企业创新能力的影响。研究结果显示,组织变革是影响企业创新能力的重要因素,其中,激励变革对激进式创新和渐进式创新都会产生显著的正向影响,流程变革对渐进式创新产生显著的正向影响,结构变革对激进式创新产生显著的正向影响,而组织结构方面的变革对渐进式创新没有显著的影响作用,流程变革对激进式创新也没有显著的影响作用。

This paper discusses the impact of Organizational change on enterprise’s innovation based on the data collected from 60 agricultural science and technology enterprises averagely distributed in South, North and middle of Jiangsu province. The results from this study show that organizational change is an important factor affecting the innovation ability of the enterprise. the incentive change produces a significant positive effect on radical innovation and incremental innovation, and the change of process has significant positive effect on incremental innovation, the change of structure produces significant positive impact on radical innovation, but change of structure has no significant effect incremental innovation, process of change produces no significant effect on radical innovation.
