本文首先理论分析不同市场化进程背景下FDI进入方式对提升区域创新能力的差异性影响,然后基于2001-2013年省际面板数据对其进行实证检验。经研究发现：扩大中外合资规模有助于提升我国非发明类创新能力,且对市场化程度更高地区的影响更明显；但它无益于各地区发明类创新能力的提升；更多引进外商独资有利于增加我国发明类原始创新,且对市场化程度较高地区的影响更明显,但它对非发明类创新的影响不显著。最后,基于所得结论提出若干政策建议。

In this paper, we analyzed the impact of different entry mode of FDI on regional innovation capability with different degree of marketization firstly, and then conducted the empirical study based on the provincial data between 2001 and 2013. The results show that expand the scale of Sino-foreign joint ventures can only do good to improving non-creation innovation capability ,which is more significant for marketized regions compared with those of low degree of marketization. As is expected, expand the scale of owned ventures can only help to promote the capability of creation innovation which is more significant for marketized regions compared with those of low degree of marketization. Based on the above results, some pieces of advise were imposed in the end.
