[摘要]
大型基础设施项目通常涉及多个行政区域,项目之间存在差异性、项目目标具有多层次性等特点,此时,单项目管理理论已不能满足大型基础设施项目管理的要求,因此,需要引入相似性原理,将具有相似性的项目组合进行组合管理,从而提高大型基础设施项目的管理效率。本文从质量、进度、费用三方面,采用主成分分析法,构建了相似性的识别模型,在此基础上,运用特征指标逐项比较聚类技术构建主要相似性的聚类模型,最后进行案例分析。
