随着中国高端装备制造(HEM)业的发展,针对HEM企业组织创新课题的研究越来越多。通过总结学者们在HEM企业组织创新领域的研究,建立了针对HEM企业的组织创新测度指标体系,并且创新性地利用模糊综合测度数学模型分析HEM企业组织创新的影响因素。通过模型数据计算出的结果,分析出中国HEM企业普遍存在的问题,如中国HEM企业普遍存在组织结构亟需优化,组织资源配置需要进一步的合理规划,专业性人才资源匮乏等问题。但受到中国经济良好的发展势头影响,中国HEM企业在组织的外部环境方面具有一定优势。

With the development of Chinese high-end equipment manufacturing (HEM) industry, there are more and more papers on Chinese HEM enterprises’ organizational innovation. By concluding previous studies on the HEM enterprise, this paper establishes a new index system of measurement, and analyses the effluence factors of HEM enterprises’ organizational innovation by the method of fuzzy integrated measure. After calculating by the model, the research shows some problems of Chinese HEM enterprises. In general terms, the organizational structure of Chinese HEM enterprise need to be perfected. Furthermore, organizational resource allocation need to be reasonable planed. At last, many Chinese HEM enterprises are lack of specialized talents. But on the other hand, the external environment of Chinese HEM enterprise is well, because of Chinese good economical environment.
