本文首先对城市创新体系的最新理论研究成果进行了综述,其次对城市创新体系的未来趋势进行梳理,然后,从纵横两个维度对上海城市创新体系建设现状进行了深入剖析。结合上海建设具有全球影响力科创中心的战略定位,提出四方面对策建议,以供决策参考。

This paper on the theory of city innovation system of the latest research results were summarized, followed by carding the future trend of the city innovation system, and then, from the vertical and horizontal two dimensions of Shanghai city deeply analyzed the present situation in the construction of innovation system. Combined with Shanghai global influence the strategic orientation of science and technology innovation center, and puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions, with reference for decision making.
