城市轨道交通工程项目为典型的高风险复杂项目,目前已有学者利用知识集成理论提高施工安全风险管理水平,以规避施工事故的发生。但因缺乏对施工安全风险管理的系统性分析和未明确知识集成对管理功能产生哪些方面的影响,导致知识集成过程缺乏目的性和方向性。为实现施工安全风险管理领域知识集成的发展,借助系统论、控制论与信息论分析城市轨道交通施工安全风险管理系统结构及功能实现过程,再以信息约束为切入点,研究知识集成改善信息约束后对系统功能的影响。研究结果表明知识集成对系统功能的影响包括管理主体对风险认识更加客观、风险决策更加及时和风险管控行为更加合理三方面。

Urban railway is a typical complex and high safety risk project. Scholars try to improve construction safety risk management level by using the theory of knowledge integration, to avoid the construction accidents. Because of the lack of systematic analysis of the construction safety risk management and the influence of knowledge integration, the purpose and direction of knowledge integration is not explicit. In order to realize the development of knowledge integration in the field of construction safety risk management, Using system theory, control theory and information theory to analyze the structure and function of urban railway construction safety risk management system, then taking the information constraint as breakthrough point, analysising the influence of knowledge integration on system function. The results show that:influence of the system function is reflected in three aspects, including cognitive objective, timely decision and reasonable management and control.
