[]中国研究型大学是国家科技成果研发和高端科研人才引培的重要源泉。高端科研人才是研究型大学建设发展的领军人才。研究型大学在引才聚才过程中存在体制机制性障碍和人为制约因素,这在在一定程度上造成了研究型大学引才困境,究其根源是忽略高端人才自身特征和人才工作规律所致。研究型大学引进高端科研人才是一项极其复杂的系统工程,要理清的引进和培养高端科研人才工作思路,充分考虑高端科研人才的特征,明确目前人才引进的误区,最大发挥引进高端科研人才效能。

The Chinese research university is a national research and development of scientific and technological achievements and the important source of lead from high-end scientific research talents. High-end scientific research talents is leading in the development of construction of research university talents. Research universities in the lead only to institutional obstacles exist in the process of system and artificial factors, this caused a research university in to a certain extent, led to trouble, investigate its root cause is to ignore the high-end talent caused by its own characteristics and personnel work. Research universities introduce high-end scientific research talents is a very complicated system engineering, to clarify the recruiting and cultivating talents on high-end scientific research work, give full consideration to the high-end scientific research personnel the connotation, characteristics and effect of clear the talent introduction of myth and maximum play to the introduction of high-end scientific research personnel.
