食品供应链数据中隐含着大量潜在有用的食品安全信息,本文基于数据挖掘的视角,构建食品供应链信息共享平台,运用关联规则技术,针对流通环节中的食品安全问题,从复杂的供应链数据流中,提取食品质量保障规则,进而研究流通环节的食品安全保障策略。以三元乳制品开展实例研究,验证了本文所建立数据挖掘模型的有效性,揭示了食品流通环节中一系列潜在有用的食品质量保障规则,为决策者制定食品流通环节安全保障策略提供科学决策支持,降低不合理的人为因素影响,避免食品安全事件发生,以期从数据挖掘的角度为我国食品安全问题的解决提供新的思路。

There is much hidden value in the numerous data collected in food supply chain, from the perspective of data mining, this paper built a supply chain information sharing platform to collect relevant data and proposed a model based on association rule technology to mining the useful food safety information, a series of food quality assurance rules are extracted from the complexity supply chain data flow, and then the food security strategy can be shaped.A case study of a dairy producer was conducted, and the results showed that the proposed data mining model can effectively find a lot of useful quality assurance rules to ensure the food safety during the circulation, which support managers in food manufacturing firms to make food security strategy well and avoid food safety accidents,in order to provide a new way to solve the problem of food safety by data mining.
