内容：为应对激烈的国际竞争,中国企业积极融入全球价值链分工,对其技术进步起到了显著的推动作用。本文在分析全球价值链分工的技术进步效应的理论研究的基础上,利用1998-2014年中国14个工业制造行业的面板数据对中国企业参与全球价值链分工的技术进步效应进行实证分析。结果显示全球价值链分工对促进中国企业的技术进步的作用非常显著,但不同行业存在一定的差异；参与全球价值链分工的程度对技术进步的促进作用已经远远超过资本要素投入对技术进步的促进作用。中国企业应该努力提高参与全球价值链分工的程度,大力培养战略性要素,实现技术进步途径向主动式转变,加快技术进步的步伐。

As a brand-new international division mode, has evoked a circle of industrial structure adjustment. In order to respond to the fierce international competition, China’s enterprises integrate into global value chains division actively, which greatly promotes their technology advancement.Based on analyzing the theoretical study on the technological advancement effects of global value chains division, this thesis conducts a empirical analysis on the technological advancement effects of China’s enterprises participating in global value chains division according to the panel data of 14 manufacturing industries from 1998 to 2014. The results indicate that China’s enterprises participating in global value chains division greatly promotes its technological advancement, but there are differences in different industries.The promoting effect of global value chains division to technological advancement is much greater to that of capital factors. Therefore, it is crucial for China’s enterprises to promote their participation in global value chains division and cultivate their strategic factors in order to realize their transformation from passive technological advancement to active technological advancement.
