新能源汽车的研发与应用作为应对能源危机和环境污染的有效手段,已受到全球各国的关注。但与传统燃料汽车相比,新能源汽车的关键技术及基础件研发水平有待进一步提高,相关政策不够完善,配套设备还不够健全。在分析了陕西新能源汽车的生产和推广应用现状基础上,结合陕西省新能源汽车产业基础、区域经济特征和国家战略规划等关键要素,给出了陕西新能源汽车商业推广的三种创新模式,并提出了具体的保障措施,为陕西新能源汽车的发展提供参考。

As effective way to solve energy crisis and environmental pollution, new-energy vehicles have attracted attentions from worldwide countries. However, compared with traditional fuel vehicles, the key technology and infrastructure of new-energy vehicles should be further improved. Also the relevant policy is insufficient and ancillary facilities are inadequate. After analyzing the current status of manufacture and business promotion of new energy vehicles in Shaanxi Province, three innovation models are provided considering the key factors including industrial foundation, regional economic features and national strategies planning. Supported strategies are proposed in more detail in order to inspire the development of new energy vehicles in Shaanxi Province.
