中试环节的缺失是影响我国科技成果转化效率的一个重要因素。通过文献分析及实地调研对科技成果转化中试环节的影响因素及其关系进行识别,同时运用解释结构模型(ISM)分析中试环节的影响因素及其关系,使各影响因素之间的复杂关系条理化和层次化,并据此提出中试环节的运行机理,为中试工作的顺利推进提供必要的理论依据。

The lack of pilot-scale experiment is one of the bottlenecks that cause the low industrialization rate of China’s technological innovation. It’s necessary to systematically study the key factors of pilot-scale experiment. This paper identifies the key factors of pilot-scale experiment by literature review and expert interview, and hierarchically analyzes the identified key factors by using Integrated Structure Modeling. By doing this ,the paper presents the operational mechanism of pilot-scale experiment, and provides the necessary theoretical basis for the transformation of Sci-Tech achievements.
