基于文本挖掘的先进制造组织创新与竞争战略的关系研究

Studies on the Relationships between Advanced Manufacturing Organization Innovation and Competitive Strategy Based on Text Mining

在多变的竞争环境中, 不断出现突破了传统制造组织模式的先进制造组织创新,因此很难利用传统方法分析其特征。通过使用文本挖掘技术分析了1409篇与83种先进制造模式相关的文献,抽取并统计了与制造模式和竞争能力相关的关键词出现的频率,利用统计工具分析二者之间的相互关系。结果表明制造模式共享了37种组织特征,其中的33种分别与质量,成本,时间,柔性,灵捷等竞争能力有显著相关关系。这些关系可以为制造战略的制定提供依据。

Abstract:

During the turbulent competitive environment, more and more advance manufacturing paradigms which differ from traditional ones have been proposed. Therefore, it is difficult to analyze the characteristics of advance manufacturing paradigms by utilizing the traditional way . Text mining was employed for extracting the Keywordson the organization characteristics and the competitive capability from 1409 articles on 83 manufacturing paradigms. The appearance frequency of each Keywordwas calculated, and the correlation between the Keywordswas analyzed with statistical tools. The results showed that 37 types of manufacturing organizations could be shared by the manufacturing paradigms and 33 types had significant relationships with competitive capabilities, i.e., quality, cost, time, flexibility, agile. Several findings can be utilized in the formulating process of manufacturing strategy.
