“一路一带”下新疆传统纺织产业集群创新研究——以石河子为例

Innovation Research on the traditional textile industrial clusters in under developed regions in the west of China：A Case Study of Shihezi

摘要:

新疆丝绸之路经济带核心区建设中，结合棉花资源优势，发展传统纺织产业有利于促进本地经济结构调整和促进就业，具有战略意义。研究新疆纺织产业微观发展现状及对策，使宏观发展战略落到实处十分必要。石河子是新疆纺织产业重要基地，产业集群初步形成，本文以此为例分析了其产业集群发展所处的阶段和影响因素，提出了延长产业链，加强网络结构建设，强化创新能力，加大软件环境建设和制度创新的建议。

Abstract:

Xinjiang is the core construction of the Silk Road Economic Zone. With the advantages of cotton resources,textile industry has been upgraded to a strategic level in Xinjiang. Microscopic study xinjiang textile industry present situation and the countermeasures, it is necessary to make macro development strategy implement. Shihezi is an important base of the textile industry in Xinjiang with the initial formation of industrial clusters.this paper analyzes the shihezi textile industry cluster development status and influence factors ,Proposal to extend the industrial chain, to strengthen the construction of network structure, strengthen innovation ability, increase the construction of software environment and system innovation, etc.
