Research on Patents Aggregate License Pricing of Technological Standard Alliance

摘要:

专利集中许可是技术标准联盟推广应用技术标准的重要手段。在分析技术标准联盟专利集中许可特征及定价影响因素的基础上,提出了联盟专利集中许可定价原则,设计了专利集中许可定价方法与策略,旨在为技术标准联盟合理制定专利集中许可价格、加速联盟技术标准推广应用提供参考。

Abstract:

Patents aggregate license is an important means of technological standard popularization and application for standard alliance. On the analysis of the characteristics of patents aggregate license of technological standard alliance and the influencing factors on pricing, this paper puts forward the pricing principles for alliance to carry out the patents aggregate license, and then designs the price making method and tactics of patents aggregate license. This paper aims at providing reference for technological standard alliance to set a reasonable price of patents aggregate license as well as promoting the popularization and application of technological standard.
