内容：在生态文明的导向下,绿色化必将成为中国城市的未来发展方向,浙江省随之做出建设“两美”浙江的新部署。从浙江城市绿色发展现状出发,借鉴前人的研究成果,同时结合浙江省绿色发展特色和区域特色,选择评价指标体系,通过灰色关联分析建立评价模型,测算出2015年浙江各地市的绿色发展指数。结果表明,浙江省各市绿色发展水平不高,区域差异较大,部分城市以绿色为代价来追求发展,最后提出城市绿色转型的建议。

Under the guidance of ecological civilization, the green will become the future development direction of Chinese cities, Zhejiang province made the “two beautiful” construction. Started from the present situation of Zhejiang city greening, based on previous research results, combined with the development of green and regional characteristics of Zhejiang Province, used grey relational analysis to establish the evaluation model, calculated the city green development index in 2015 of Zhejiang. The results showed that in Zhejiang province ,the green development level is not high, large regional differences, part of the city pay the environmental costs in order to develop rapidly. Finally made suggestions of green transformation of city。
