产业集聚的技术外部性促进了地区技术创新,但其对地区环境、能源的影响往往被忽视。本文通过构建综合考虑技术创新、环境、能源的绿色创新指标体系,从空间外部性的视角,探讨产业集聚水平对绿色创新的影响,并运用门槛面板模型进行实证考察。研究发现,产业集聚对绿色创新具有“U”型双门槛效应,集聚水平较低时,产业集聚抑制地区绿色创新;随着集聚水平的增加,产业集聚对绿色创新的负面作用逐渐减弱;当集聚水平跨过更高的门槛值时,产业集聚对绿色创新有激励作用。因此,应动态的处理产业集聚与绿色创新的关系,根据集聚水平的不同,制定差异化政策。

:The externality of industrial agglomeration promotes regional technological innovation, but its impact on regional environment and energy is often ignored. In this paper, through the construction of comprehensive consideration of environmental and energy technology innovation, green innovation index system, from the perspective of external space, to explore the influence of industry agglomeration level of green innovation, and using the panel threshold model empirical study. The study found that industrial agglomeration has a "U" double threshold effect of green innovation, agglomeration level is low, green innovation area inhibited industrial agglomeration; with the increase of the level of agglomeration, industrial agglomeration negative effect on green innovation gradually decreased; when the concentration level across the higher threshold value, industrial agglomeration has incentive effect on green innovation. Therefore, it is necessary to deal with the relationship between industrial agglomeration and green innovation.
