从区域科技进步视角出发研究农业全要素生产率增长机制。利用广东省2006-2015年的面板数据基于DEA-Malmquist生产率指数法对农业全要素生产率(TFP)进行测算和分解,从地市及珠三角、东西两翼、贫困山区两四小区域层面上探索区域科技进步对农业生产率的影响。结论表明:广东省生产率增长主要源泉是区域科技进步;广东TFP增长动因存在显著区域科技进步差异性;区域科技差异性与产业科技创新能力有关。据此,从政策决策上提出推动广东农业发展建议。

Study on the mechanism of agricultural productivity growth from the perspective of regional scientific and technological progress. Using the panel data of Guangdong province in 2006-2015 on agricultural productivity method based on DEA-Malmquist productivity index (TFP) was calculated and decomposed, and the Pearl River Delta, from East and West, poor mountainous areas 24 small regional level of regional scientific and technological progress on agricultural productivity impact. The results show that: the main source of productivity growth in Guangdong province is regional scientific and technological progress; there are significant regional scientific and technological progress differences in the growth of TFP in Guangdong; the difference of TFP regional science and technology and the ability of Industrial Science and technology innovation. Based on this, the paper puts forward some suggestions on promoting agricultural development in Guangdong from policy decision.
