创业机会识别是创业活动的起点。本文以北京地区创业者作为样本,检验了创业警觉性、既有知识和创造性思维对创业机会识别的影响以及创业警觉性和创造性思维的中介作用。研究结果显示:创业警觉性、既有知识和创造性思维所有维度对创业机会识别均存在显著正向影响,其中创业警觉性对创业机会识别的影响最为显著。本文还验证了创业警觉性各维度在既有知识与创业机会识别之间以及创造性性思维在创业警觉性、既有知识与创业机会识别之间的中介作用,由此创业机会识别的内在机理得到了进一步的完善,并为创业者有效识别创业机会、学校更有效地开展创业教育及政府相关部门提高政策扶持的精准度提供理论了支撑。

Entrepreneurial opportunity identification is the core and starting point of entrepreneurship.This article analyse the influence of prior knowledge Entrepreneurial Alertness and Creative thinking for entrepreneurial opportunity identification.The article also demonstrate the mediating effect of Entrepreneurial Alertness and Creative thinking . .The results showed that prior knowledge, entrepreneurial alertness and creative thinking all make significant positive effects on entrepreneurial opportunity identification, and the impact of entrepreneurial alertness on entrepreneurial opportunity identification is the most significant. Different from the previous research results, this study has a significant positive impact on all dimensions of the independent variables. Finally, according to the research results of system analysis and summary of research results, we put forward the policy suggestion and reference direction for entrepreneurs and government and education organizations, entrepreneurs or managers should pay attention to the cultivation of their own interests and through entrepreneurial learning enrich their industry knowledge. The school should all increase related industries and practice knowledge of the depth and breadth of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial training and focus on strengthening the cultivation of students" creative thinking; the government should strengthen relevant policies to support entrepreneurship efforts to further improve the recognition ability of entrepreneurs or managers of the entrepreneurial opportunities.
