高校上市公司（LCCU）作为科研、人才与市场的结合体，在我国推动实施创新驱动发展的战略中发挥着十分重要的作用。通过参考关文献，本文建立了LCCU创新能力与成长性的指标体系结构,利用40家高校上市公司在2011-2015这5年间的创新能力和成长性指标数据，采用典型相关分析法，深入探讨这类公司创新能力与其成长性间的关系。结果表明：LCCU的创新能力和成长性高度正相关。进一步分析发现，这类上市公司的创新投入、研发能力相较于创新意识和环境对公司的成长性影响更大；盈利、营运、发展能力也较偿债、市场预期能力能更强地解释LCCU的成长性。本文的研究结论将对高校上市公司的健康发展以及创新能力的提升提供一定的理论指导，同时也为公司管理、市场投资等利益相关方提供一定的参考价值。

As a combination of research, talent and market, university listed companies play an important role in driving the strategy of innovation-driven development in China. By reference to relevant literature, this paper established the LCCU innovation ability and the growth of the indexzsystem of structure, Leon With 40 universities in the five years from 2011 to 2015 of listed company of innovation and growth index data, using Canonical correlation analysis, explore the relation between this type of corporate innovation capability and its growth.
