摘要：为了实现优质医疗资源的下沉，提高医疗资源的优化配置和利用率，本文从社会关注的远程医疗服务角度出发，构建地市级医院与中心医院之间的演化博弈模型，动态地分析地市级医院与中心医院之间策略选择的演变趋势。结果表明，减少地市级医院寻求帮助诊治时的费用、提高患者的医疗报销比例、增加政府对中心医院建立远程医疗的支持力度和加强远程医疗的宣传力度都有助于远程医疗的推广。

Abstract: In order to realize high quality medical resources sharing, and improve the utilization rate of the optimized allocation of medical resources, an evolutionary game model of prefecture-level hospital and central hospital is built from the telemedicine service. Meanwhile, the evolution trends for both parties’ selection of strategies are analyzed in a dynamic way. Results show that measures such as cutting down the medical cost when prefecture-level hospital asking for help, increasing the patient's medical treatment and the government's support for establishing the telemedicine center hospital, as well as strengthening the propaganda of telemedicine, will be conductive in telemedicine promotion.
