基于SPREC协议的人类遗传资源样本信息的可溯源研究

目前国内外在人类遗传资源管理中普遍采用的是基于Handle的DOI标识符,但这种标识符管理方法缺乏可追溯功能,国际生物和环境样本库协会(ISBER)提出了Standard PREanalytical Code编码标准(SPREC编码标准),实现了适用于遗传资源管理的更完善的标识符定义方法。本文对领域内研究现状进行了总结,说明了SPREC协议的优势,并对基于该协议的人类遗传资源平台样本信息标识符定义方法和数据采集溯源方式进行说明,为同类研究提供相应参考。

Abstract:

At present, the DOI identifier based on Handle is widely used in the management of human genetic resources both at home and abroad, however, such identifier management method lacks the capability of traceability. The coding standard of Standard PREanalytical Code (SPREC coding standard) has been developed by the International Society for Biological and Environmental Repositories (ISBER) Working Group on Biospecimen Science, more comprehensive identifier definition method is thus achieved for genetic resource management. This study summarizes the research status in the field and illustrates the advantages of SPREC protocol, meanwhile, the definition method of sample information identifier and the data acquisition traceability method are explained concerning the human resource platform based on the protocol, so as to provide reference for similar studies in the field.
