知识溢出是产学研协同创新的重要动力机制，很大程度上影响着产学研协同创新的绩效。在对知识溢出相关理论梳理的基础上，结合海尔集团知识联盟、ofo共享单车研发联盟和华为产业园三个案例分析了产学研协同创新知识溢出的虹吸效应、漏斗效应和极化效应。研究发现产学研协同创新知识溢出的三个效应往往并存，对产学研而言既是机遇也是风险，核心企业对于知识溢出效应的激发极其重要。从构建知识产权保护机制，培育社会资本发展和改革政府科技管理职能三个方面提出了政策启示。

Knowledge spillover is an important motive mechanism for Industry-University-Research Institute collaborative innovation, which greatly affects the performance of collaborative innovation. On the basis of combing the theory of knowledge spillover, this paper analyzes the siphon effect, funnel effect and polarization effect of Knowledge Spillover of Industry-University-Research Institute collaborative innovation in the three cases of Haier Group Knowledge Alliance, Ofo Shared Bicycle Research and Development Alliance and Huawei Industrial Park. It is found that the three effects of knowledge spillover are often coexisting. It is both an opportunity and a risk to the Industry-University-Research Institute, and the core enterprise is extremely important to stimulate the knowledge spillover effect. And put forward the policy enlightenment from the three aspects of constructing appropriate intellectual property protection mechanism, cultivating social capital development and reforming government science and technology management function.
