区域间知识溢出的创新效应研究——基于中国1985年-2011年专利引用数据

The Innovation Effect of Knowledge Spillovers between Different Regions--Based on Chinese patent citation data from year 1985 to year 2011

本文首先使用1985-2011年的三十多万条专利引用数据来估计知识在我国30个省市间的溢出情况。研究发现,区域内生产的知识约有59%留在区域内部,41%知识将溢出到外部。进一步,基于知识溢出量计算出各省可获得的外部知识存量,结合我国30个省市27年的专利授权数据回归发现,区域外部的R&D对本区域创新产出存在显著的积极影响。 `

Abstract:

As a start, this paper used more than three hundred thousand patent reference data from year 1985 to year 2011 to estimate the knowledge spillover among the thirty provinces in our country. The study found that about 58% of knowledge stays inside area, 41% will spill over outside. Further, based on the estimate results, we can calculate the amount of stock of external available knowledge, combined with our country"s 30 provinces and 27 years patent authorization penal data, the regression found that knowledge spillover has a significant positive impact on R D region innovation output.
