丹麦作为一个创新大国,其活跃的创新活动背后是高效的国家创新体系。本文以其公共部门和私有部门间的合作机制和相关制度安排为切入点,分别从丹麦国家创新体系的主体、制度建设和创新主体间的互动方式入手,对其国家创新体系的结构和特点进行介绍和分析,以期为中国的创新体系完善带来一定启示。

Denmark is one of the most innovative countries in the world. In the core of its prosperous innovation activities stands its highly effective and efficient national innovation system. In this paper, we aim to analyze the structure and features of the Danish national innovation system primarily from the perspective of the public-private sectors interaction mechanism and by means of summarizing the main players’ roles, government policies, and player-interaction ways, and figure out some referable experience for Chinese practices.
