基于伙伴选择视角,探讨了伙伴选择对产学研协同创新的影响及其作用机制。通过对85个产学研协同创新项目的问卷调研,共获得68份来自项目主管、328份来自其它参与人员的有效配对样本数据,采用Amos和SPSS的PROCESS插件进行统计分析。实证结果表明,伙伴选择对产学研协同创新项目绩效有显著正向影响；合作关系在伙伴选择和产学研协同创新项目绩效之间起中介作用；利益分配显著正向调节合作关系在伙伴选择与产学研协同创新项目绩效之间的中介作用,即在高质量利益分配方式下,伙伴选择通过合作关系影响产学研协同创新项目绩效的中介作用显著,在低质量利益分配方式下,该中介作用不显著。

Based on the partner selection, this paper explores the partner selection effects on industry-university-research cooperative innovation project performance and its mechanism. The empirical test of data comes from 85 work teams with 328 subordinates and their supervisors in multiple enterprises in China. Then we adopt regression,as well as bootstrap to test our hypotheses by Amos and PROCESS macro for SPSS statistical software. It shows that partnership mediated the relationship between partner selection and industry-university-research cooperative innovation project performance. It also indicates that benefit distribution positively moderated the relationship between partnership and employees’ industry-university-research cooperative innovation project performance, and this type of benefit distribution also positively moderates the indirect effect of partner selection on industry-university-research cooperative innovation project performance through partnership. Namely under the high quality benefit distribution, the mediating effect of partner selection through partnership on industry-university-research cooperative innovation project performance is significant, under the low quality benefit distribution, the mediating effect is not significant.
