网络权力已经逐渐发展成为学术界研究的热点,只要有信息交换和知识流动的地方,就会衍生出网络权力。权力是网络治理的基础,合理配置网络权力已经成为提升网络组织绩效的有效手段之一,因而对网络权力决定因素的研究也就成为提升网络绩效的突破口,为网络绩效的提高提供了新的途径和方法。本文以网络组织为主要分析对象,对网络权力的决定因素以及研究方法所涉及到的相关研究文献进行回顾与述评,结合现有的研究成果,探讨并展望了未来研究的方向和可能的发展趋势。

Network power has gradually developed into the focus of academic research. As long as there is information exchange and knowledge flow, network power will be derived. Power is the basis of network management, and the rational allocation of network power has become one of the effective means of improving the performance of network organization, so researching the decisive factor of network power has become the point of elevating network performance, provides a new way and method to improve the performance of network. This paper introduced the network organization as the main analysis object, and reviewed the relevant research literature relating to determinants and method of network power, combined with the existing research results to explore and prospect the future research direction and the development trend.
