城市交通技术领域协同创新是促进城市交通关键技术攻克、应用和推广的有效手段。当前我国城市交通技术领域协同创新机制存在创新要素构成及工作方式不明确、创新成果保障机制不完善、创新成果转化率低等问题。为此，结合示范应用提出相应的对策：建立科技创新联盟，形成协同创新驱动机制；建立共性关键技术研发平台，形成创新成果保障机制；建立服务需求库，形成创新成果转化机制。

Collaborative innovation in the field of urban transportation technology is an effective means to promote the key technologies of urban transportation to conquer, apply and popularize. At present, there are some problems in the cooperative innovation mechanism in the field of urban transportation technology in China, such as unclear composition and working mode of innovation elements, imperfect guarantee mechanism of innovation achievement and the low conversion rate of innovation achievement. Therefore, combined with the demonstration application, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures: establishing scientific and technological innovation alliance, forming collaborative innovation driving mechanism; establishing common key technology research and development platform, forming innovation achievement guarantee mechanism; establishing service demand library, forming innovation achievement transformation mechanism.
