以专利数据为依据,对杭州市专利产出、专利构成、申请人结构、专利国际化、有效专利等情况加以分析,并通过与16个重点城市比较以明确杭州市专利发展在全国所处的水平。在此基础上,采用SWOT分析法对杭州市专利发展中的优势和劣势,机遇和威胁进行归纳总结,并提出相应的对策建议。

According to patent data, the patent output, patent constitution, applicant structure, patent internationalization, effective patent of Hangzhou were analyzed, and compared with other 16 key cities to clear the level of patent development. On the basis above, the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat for patent development of Hangzhou were generalized by SWOT method, and then the corresponding suggestions were made.
