权力治理机制对网络整体效能的提升难以兼顾个体公平性,权力侵蚀削弱弱势企业绩效。本文基于核心企业权力治理的基本逻辑,将核心企业网络权力划分为结构权力和知识权力,并提出关系承诺能够约束核心企业网络权力,将其划分为工具性承诺和情感性承诺两个维度,分析其对核心企业网络权力与弱势企业绩效的调节效应。通过分层线性模型进行实证检验,结果显示:(1)情感性承诺能够有效约束核心企业网络权力,核心企业网络权力对弱势企业绩效影响受到情感性承诺的正向调节;(2)工具性承诺不能有效约束核心企业网络权力,核心企业网络权力对弱势企业绩效的影响不受情感性承诺调节。本研究对于弱势企业理性认识核心企业网络权力,提升企业绩效具有积极意义。

The mechanism of power governance has difficulty in balancing the fairness of the individual, and the erosion of power weakens enterprises performance. Based on the core enterprise management the basic logic of power, power is divided into the core enterprise network structure of power and knowledge power, and put forward the relationship between core enterprise promises to constraint network power, can be divided into instrumental commitment and affective commitment two dimensions, analyzes mediation effect between the power of core enterprise network and weak enterprises performance. Empirically by hierarchical linear model, the results showed: (1) affective commitment can effective constraint power core enterprise network, the core enterprise of power network and weak enterprises performance by the positive regulation of affective commitment; (2) instrumental commitment cannot effectively restrain core enterprise network power, and the influence of core enterprise network power on the weak enterprises performance is not regulated by affective commitment. This study has positive significance for the rational cognition of the core enterprise network power and the promotion of the weak enterprises performance.
