融资难、融资贵是科技型中小微企业面临的普遍问题。本文以重庆市科技金融服务体系建设为例,在深入分析重庆市科技金融服务体系及联动机制发展现状的基础上,针对科技型中小微企业所面临的融资难、融资贵问题,提出建立政府引导与市场化运作相结合的科技金融服务联动机制以缓解此问题的相关建议。

This paper mainly studies the difficult and expensive problem of financing in Small and Medium Sized Sci-Tec Enterprises. This article takes the construction of science and technology financial service system in Chongqing City for example. By analyzing the present development of science and technology financial service system and its linkage mechanism and aiming at solving the mentioned problem, it offers a proposal that the government’s leading and the market’s operating should be combined to relieve the problem.
