摘要:

科学合理地选择企业精益管理的“外脑”——精益管理咨询专家团队属于多准则决策问题。文章以企业管理者的视角,在分析了精益管理咨询专家团队特征差异性的基础上,建立了动态评价指标体系,通过案例分析将改进的VIKOR法应用于企业精益管理咨询专家团队选择过程中。并分别对决策机制参数V和评价指标权重W进行了敏感性分析,检验了决策数据的稳定性,决策结果的科学性。改进的VIKOR法是解决可变准则下的多准则决策问题的有效方法,为企业管理者提供了科学的决策依据,提高了管理决策的科学性和合理性。

Abstract:

The consulting expert team in lean management is a multi-criterion decision problem. Based on the perspective of managers in enterprise, through the case analysis will be improved VIKOR method used for consulting experts team selection in lean management, dynamic evaluation index system is established, including 6 general index and 2 individual indicators. The stability of the data and the scientific nature of the decision are tested by the sensitivity analysis of the decision-making mechanism parameters and evaluation index weight. The improved VIKOR method is an effective method to solve the multi-criteria decision problem under the variable criterion, which can provide the scientific decision-making basis for the enterprise managers, and improve the scientific nature and rationality of the decision.
