广东是较早建成和使用专家库管理科研项目评审专家的省份,但在网络项目评审数量大幅上涨、科学交叉融合加快发展、新兴学科不断涌现的新形势下,在库备选专家数量不足、匹配精准度不够等问题已严重影响到项目评审质量以及广东科技创新治理体系的建设。本文基于数据调研调查的基础上,深入研究广东科研项目评审专家管理的现状及存在问题,有针对性地提出广东专家管理体系优化的构想及重点环节设计,以及有关对策建议。
