轻量化设计是汽车行业面向可持续发展战略的热点之一,主要通过结构轻量化、材料轻量化和工艺轻量化来实现节能减排、保护环境的目的。以轻量化汽车生产需求为导向,通过文献筛选分别归纳出绿色供应商和汽车供应商评价的一般准则,而后基于生命周期评估(life cycle assessment,LCA)找出汽车轻量化需求下绿色供应商评价的关键准则和子准则,并按照可持续维度(经济、环境、社会)进行去重、补充和优化,给出各条子准则对应的轻量化设计方法。研究结果有助于进一步细化子准则,使评价指标更具针对性,对企业提高绿色供应商选择绩效具有积极的参考价值。

Lightweight design is one of the most important methods to enhance the sustainability performance of automotive industry. Removing weight from vehicle can be achieved by three main lightweight methods: optimizing body structure, using lightweight materials, and improving production technology. Based on prior literatures, a certain amount of criteria related to sustainable supplier and automotive industry were collected and categorized into sub criteria according to life cycle assessment (LCA). To remove duplicate and supplement, these sub criteria were then filtered by sustainable dimensions, namely economic, environmental and social, followed by related lightweight methods for each sub criteria.
