以煤炭生产物流系统安全性和效率性协同发展为目标,分析煤炭生产物流系统资源配置的影响因素及相互作用机理,构建资源配置影响因素作用机理理论模型,并运用SEM对资源配置影响因素进行测度分析,揭示各影响因素之间影响路径及影响程度。研究发现:人力资源子系统、设备子系统、安全管理子系统对系统安全性和效率性有显著影响,环境改善子系统对系统效率性影响显著,应急响应子系统和环境改善子系统对系统安全性影响并不显著。

s: Aiming at the coordinated development of the safety and productiveness of the coal production logistics system, the influence factors and interaction mechanism of resource allocation in coal production logistics system are analyzed and theoretical model of interaction mechanism is constructed. Furthermore, the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is adopted to measure and analyze the influencing factors of resource allocation, and reveal the influence path and influence degree of each influence factor. The results show that, the human resource subsystem, the equipment subsystem and safety management subsystem have significant influence on the coal production logistics system’s safety and productiveness, the environmental improvement subsystem has a significant influence on the coal production logistics system’s productiveness, and the emergency response subsystem and environment improvement subsystem have no significant influence on the coal production logistics system’s safety.
