在智慧城市建设的时代背景下,通过智能控制系统代替人工操作成为智慧城市发展的趋势。在我国传统供热管网中,多数工作仍然是由人工进行操控,智能化水平低,易发生因操控失误等人因因素引起的供热管网事故。因此,本文针对我国传统供热管网系统中的热源、输热管道和换热站,从人因分析入手找出导致传统供热管网运行阶段出现事故的人因因素,并建立供热管网人因分析与智能化管理系统之间的对接关系,为供热管网智能化管理系统的设计奠定基础,最终实现智能控制系统代替传统供热管网中的人工操控,减少传统供热管网运行阶段由操作失误等人因因素引起的供热管网事故,为我国传统供热管网智能化改进提供参考。

In the context of intelligent city construction, the replacement of manual operation by the intelligent system has boosted the trend of the development of the smart city. In our traditional heating pipe network, most of work is still man-made and low level of intelligence, what’s more, heating pipe network accident is prone to be caused by manipulation errors and other factors. Therefore, according to the source of heat, heat pipes and heat transfer stations in our traditional heating pipe work, this article is devoted to finding human factors which cause the failure in the traditional heating pipe network, leading to establish a docking relationship between human analysis and intelligent management system and lay the foundation of designing the heating pipe network intelligent system. Ultimately, the traditional heating pipe network will be controlled by intelligent system, instead of the artificial operations to reduce the heating pipe network accident caused by operational errors and other factors during the stage of the traditional heating pipe network operation, as well as to provide reference for the intelligent improvement of traditional heating pipe network in China.
