Abstract:By building the conceptual model of the relationship between entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial growth, with the survey data from university students in China, the characteristics of certain knowledge and tacit knowledge of entrepreneurial knowledge are analyzed by factor analysis, and the correlativity between tacit knowledge and entrepreneurial learning, and entrepreneurial growth is tested by structural equation. The results show that: certain knowledge has a greater direct impact on entrepreneurial growth than tacit knowledge; entrepreneurial learning has an incomplete mediating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial growth, and it is more obvious in the incomplete mediated effect of tacit knowledge on entrepreneurial growth. Some tacit knowledge is transformed to certain knowledge by entrepreneurial learning.
