以22个湖北高校协同创新中心为例,从结构嵌入、关系嵌入和认知嵌入三个维度剖析创新人才对高校协同创新网络嵌入机理,并通过构建模糊综合评价模型,进行协同创新绩效评价。结果表明:湖北高校协同创新绩效整体情况表现良好;创新人才的结构嵌入和认知嵌入维度对创新绩效提升的促进作用更加明显,而关系嵌入维度的作用相对较弱。最后,探讨了强化创新人才网络嵌入的战略举措,为高校协同创新中心实现内涵式发展提供策略建议。

Taken 22 university collaborative innovation centers in Hubei province as an example, it analyzed the mechanism of innovation talents embedding into the university collaborative innovation network from the three dimensions of structure embeddedness, relationship embeddedness and cognitive embeddedness. Then, based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the collaborative innovation performance of collaborative innovation centers was evaluated. And the result showed that the overall performance of collaborative innovation centers in Hubei performed well; compared with relational embeddedness, the promotion of structural embeddedness and cognitive embeddedness for innovation talents embeddedness and innovation performance was more obvious. Finally, it explored the strategic measures to strengthen the network embeddedness of innovative talents and provided suggestions to realize the connotative development of university collaborative innovation centers.
