本文选取2010-2015年我国各省市经济增长、创新能力等指标建立面板数据库,实证分析了私募股权投资基金对区域创新能力的影响效应。研究发现：我国私募股权投资基金对区域创新能力具有一定的促进作用；企业创新能力和创新绩效对区域创新能力有着显著的正影响,而创新环境指标对区域创新能力有着显著的负影响。本文还发现,知识创造能力对我国东、中部城市的创新能力有着正影响；知识获取能力对西部城市的创新能力有着负影响。本文的研究对于利用私募股权投资引导我国各省市区域创新能力的提高具有一定的启示意义。

This paper builds a panel database of the economic growth and innovation ability of each province and municipality in China from 2010 to 2015, and empirically analyzes the effects of private equity funds on regional innovation capability. The test results show that private equity funds can improve the regional innovation capability, innovation capability of enterprises and innovation performance can positively affect the regional innovation capability, knowledge creation ability has a positive effect on innovation ability of eastern and central areas of China, and knowledge acquisition ability has a negative impact on innovation ability of western area of China. These findings are good inspirations for governments to improve regional innovation capability by developing private equity funds.
