Abstract:The cold-chain logistics activity needs to consume a large amount of energy, resulting in a large number of co2 and pollutants, employee as the cold-chain logistics specific operators, its low carbon behavior contribute to energy conservation and emissions reduction. Based on evolutionary game theory, it constructs a system dynamics model of the cold-chain logistics enterprise employee low-carbon incentive mechanism. First of all, according to the game model has been built, it elicits the benefits of the cold-chain logistics enterprise and employee under both sides different behavior strategy, and analyzes the system stability; then uses system dynamics Vensim software, determines the stability of the system equilibrium through the numerical simulation; Finally, based on the initial simulation parameters, it further discusses the sensitivity of each parameter changes on system evolution.
