冷链物流活动需要消耗大量能源,导致大量二氧化碳和污染物排放,员工作为冷链物流作业的具体操作者,其低碳行为有助于节能减排。本文基于演化博弈理论,构建了冷链物流企业员工低碳激励机制的系统动力学模型。首先根据博弈模型计算,得出冷链物流企业和员工双方不同行为策略下的收益,并进行稳定性分析;再借助系统动力学Vensim软件,通过数值仿真确定了系统的稳定均衡点;最后以初始仿真参数为基准,进一步探讨了各参数变化对系统演化的敏感性。

The cold-chain logistics activity needs to consume a large amount of energy, resulting in a large number of co2 and pollutants, employee as the cold-chain logistics specific operators, its low carbon behavior contribute to energy conservation and emissions reduction. Based on evolutionary game theory, it constructs a system dynamics model of the cold-chain logistics enterprise employee low-carbon incentive mechanism. First of all, according to the game model has been built, it elicits the benefits of the cold-chain logistics enterprise and employee under both sides different behavior strategy, and analyzes the system stability; then uses system dynamics Vensim software, determines the stability of the system equilibrium through the numerical simulation; Finally, based on the initial simulation parameters, it further discusses the sensitivity of each parameter changes on system evolution.
