高技术产业高端化是指高技术产业向高技术、高附加值、高智力密集性等方向发展的动态过程,是突破高技术产业发展瓶颈实现跨越式发展的有效途径。在高技术产业高端化概念及评价指标研究综述基础上,构建高技术产业高端化评价模型框架,建立高技术产业高端化评价指标体系,从综合评价、产业创新、产业效益、产业规模等方面对我国省区直辖市展开监测评价,并根据评价结果将各省划分为不同发展类型,最后提出促进我国高技术产业高端化发展启示建议。

High-end of high-tech industry is the dynamic process of high-tech industry develop in the direction of high technology, high value-added and high intelligence intensive, it is the effective way to break through the development bottleneck and achieve a leapfrog development. On the base of the concept and evaluation index of high-end of high-tech industry, the research build the evaluation model framework of high-end of high-tech industry and assessment indicator system.. From the direction of comprehensive evaluation, the industrial innovation, industrial benefit and industry scale, the research monitor and evaluate of provinces. According to the evaluation results, divide the provinces to different types. At last, the research put forward the enlightenment.
