文章提出动态能力是一个多属性组成的复合研究框架,通过文献分析和活力系统模型的指导,进一步提出动态能力的五种维度模型,并研究其内在的关系。通过实证研究表明企业动态能力首先是一个“活力系统”,其组成的五种维度分别是战略革新、企业学习、运营管理、内外协调和资源交互五种能力;同时动态能力是一个能力整合系统,各个维度之间存在着有机联系。五种维度之间相互依存并相互影响,而动态能力就是通过这五种维度的相互联系和促进不断地改进、演变,促进企业适应环境的不断变革。

Based on the extant literature and viable system model, this paper proposes that the concept of dynamic capabilities is a five dimentional research framework and inherent mechanism of dynamic capabilities is developed. The results show that dynamic capability is a viable system and capabilities integrating system with inherent connections composed by strategy inovating capability, enterprise learning capability, operational managing capability, internal and external coordinating capability and resources interacting capability. The five dimentions interact and make dynamic capabilities develop and evolve to adapt to the changing environment.
